At Spanish Cotton Paradise we want all our clients to be delighted with their orders. So, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make the return and choose, in exchange, another item. To request a return, you must write an email to [email protected]
In this email you must include the following information: Full name of the person who placed the order, date of purchase, date of receipt of the order, order reference and items to be returned.
You must write the email within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
• NOTE: The date applies to the email you write to us, not to our reply. So, if you have written to us within that period and we have answered you later, there is no problem, your return will be accepted if you meet the conditions.
Our team will reply within a period not exceeding 3 business days with the pertinent indications for you to send us your package.
The articles must be received at our facilities within a period of no more than 7 business days from the receipt of our reply.
Items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent. This means: Unused, unwashed, with all labels and in their original packaging.
Returns of accessories, bath items, bodies and underwear are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
The return package must include inside a sheet stating: Full name of the person who placed the order and order reference.
Once our team verifies that all the steps have been followed correctly, they will contact you to send you a coupon for the value of the items to the email address with which the order was placed. This coupon has an expiration of one year and you can use it in one or more purchases until you spend the amount you have. This process can take between 5 and 15 business days.
• NOTE: Cash money will not be returned.
NOTE: Our team will review whether the return has met all of these detailed conditions before issuing a coupon. Spanish Cotton Paradise reserves the right to reject a return in the event that these conditions are not met. In this case, you will be notified via email that your order is not subject to a return and the package will be returned to the sender, the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.
How to return a defective product
We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect. Our team carefully reviews each item before it is shipped, so it is not usual, but if this happens, we will be happy to replace the item with another one that is in perfect condition.
Please send an email to [email protected] with the photos that prove the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase ticket (the purchase email is valid), the full name of the person who made the purchase and the reference Of the order.
A collection will be made with a carrier at your home.
Our team will review the merchandise and will issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement of the item within a period not exceeding 15 business days.
Returns for defective items will only be made in exchange for the same product in perfect condition (with the same color and size conditions). A change in this type of returns will never be accepted.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns for defective items will only be accepted when the product retains its labeling. Otherwise, it will be understood that the item has been used and the defect has been due to its improper use.
** The client who manages a return for a defective product assumes his responsibility, as well as all the legal consequences that may derive from conduct in bad faith that constitutes fraud.
